Technical Due Diligence Service for Real Estate, Building and Industrial Assets
Comprehensive Technical Due Diligence Service aimed at the thorough assessment of real estate assets, buildings, and industrial facilities, with the goal of identifying risks, validating regulatory compliance, and providing solid technical criteria to support investment, acquisition, or development decisions.
The service includes document review, on-site inspection, and the preparation of a detailed report with findings, red flags, associated cost estimates (CAPEX), and prioritized recommendations.
Scope of the service:
