Participation in a range of new construction, expansion, renovation, and refurbishment projects, as well as technical reports and due diligence of operational and project-based logistics warehouses for various clients in the industrial and real estate sectors. We develop basic, execution, and tender projects, as well as manage the necessary permits for each project. The scope includes the comprehensive upgrade of existing warehouses and logistics buildings, adapting them to new regulations, operational needs, and technical standards.
