MODUO is the result of an idea that has evolved over more than 10 years, conceived by a small group of construction professionals. During this time, and alongside their careers, they have perfected an innovative project development system that responds to today’s demands and challenges. In our Construction Consulting services, we provide advisory and development support across all phases of the asset construction process: from pre-assessment and permit management, through feasibility studies, Due Diligences, cost estimates, and financial planning, to project execution, control, and closure. Our approach combines digital methodologies (BIM, data analysis, remote monitoring) with sustainability criteria and a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Through our BIM and Digital Consulting, we support companies and technical teams in implementing BIM methodologies and digital tools, optimizing workflows, BIM modeling, and 4D and 5D project management, enhancing decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
