MODUO is the result of an idea that has evolved over more than 10 years, conceived by a small group of construction professionals. During this time, and alongside their careers, they have perfected an innovative project development system that responds to today’s demands and challenges. We offer specialized solutions in three areas: Construction Consultancy, BIM and Digital Consultancy, and Housing Projects. In Construction Consultancy, we provide advisory services throughout all phases of the construction process, from pre-assessment and permitting management to execution, control, and project closeout. Our services include feasibility studies, due diligences, cost estimating and financial planning, integrating digital methodologies such as BIM, data analysis, and remote monitoring, together with sustainability criteria and quality control. Through our BIM and Digital Consultancy, we support companies and technical teams in the implementation of BIM methodologies and digital tools, optimizing processes, modeling, and 4D and 5D project management throughout the entire project lifecycle. In the Housing area, we develop single-family and multi-family residential projects, tailored to each specific need.
